Returns and Refunds

If you are dissatisfied with a Product or items for any reason, please contact us at Alaina@primalrockgroceryhouse.com within 10 calendar days of the date you received the Product. Resolutions to reported issues may include replacement of the product(s) in question, a credit towards the customer’s PrimalRock GroceryHouses, LLC account or a partial/full refund, at the sole discretion of PrimalRock GroceryHouse, LLC. PrimalRock GroceryHouse, LLC may require photographic documentation of any Product for which a refund or credit is requested.

PrimalRock GroceryHouse, LLC ships perishable Products that cannot be restocked or resold, therefore returns cannot be accepted. However, PrimalRock GroceryHouse LLC’s refund policy does cover; Damaged items (unrelated to carrier), incorrect items, late delivery or improper handling caused by carrier resulting in defrosted items, damaged, and/or missing items.

Customers that need to cancel their order are permitted to do so at any time before the order is shipped. Any cancellation request after a shipment confirmation has been sent, will not be granted and customer will still be charged the full amount.
