1) Apple Honey Walnut Crostini​

The perfect balance of crunch and sweetness... you'll wow your guests with this tasty hors d'oeuvre!


  • 1 Apple
  • 1/2 French baguette
  • 8 oz block of white cheddar
  • 1/4 chopped walnuts
  • HL Franklin honey 
  • olive oil


  1. Slice Baguette and brush with alight coat of olive oil. Place Baguette into oven (350) or toaster until golden brown.
  2. Pour 1-2 tablespoons olive oil in pan, once oil is warm pour in chopped walnuts and lightly toast. 
  3. Slice cheese and apple slices.
  4. Assemble: Place baguette, cheese, then apple and cover top with a generous amount of raw honey.


2. Pepper Jelly Margaritas

Time to spice up the season with this Pepper Jelly Margarita! Leave your guests asking for more and wondering where you found such a great twist on a classic favorite...


1 cup tequila

1 cup lime juice

1/2 cup orange liqueur

1/3 cup powdered sugar

1/4 cup Wisham Jellies Pepper Jelly 


  1. Place all ingredients in a large pitcher and stir until sugar and pepper jelly are dissolved.
  2. Fill cocktail shaker with ice and pour desired amount of Margarita mixture into shaker.
  3. Cover with lid and shake well for about 30 seconds.
  4. Strain into chilled glasses with salted rims and serve.


3. Greek Gyros w/ Fire Tonic Glaze

Want a heartier appetizer to serve up at your party? These gyros are sure to be a crowd pleaser...


1 package Lamb, Feta, and Mint meatballs

1 package dark greens 

2 tomatoes

2 yellow peppers

1 package pita bread

1/4 cup Fire Tonic

1 teaspoon HL Franklin Honey 

1 clove garlic grated

1/4 teaspoon dijon mustard

1/4 teaspoon salt

Fresh ground pepper

1.4 cup extra virgin olive oil

A garnish of Doux South Red Onion Cult

Feta for topping


  1. Preheat oven to 350*.
  2. Place meatballs on an un-greased cookie sheet (cook for 20 minutes or until tops are golden brown)
  3. Slice pita bread in half and toast.
  4. Slice peppers and tomatoes and mix with dark greens.
  5. Make Fire Tonic dressing (mix Fire Tonic, HL Franklin Honey, garlic, dijon mustard, salt, pepper, olive oil in a  jar.) 
  6. Pour dressing over salad.
  7. Stuff salad, peppers, tomatoes equally throughout sliced pita bread. Top with meatballs, feta, and Doux South Red Onion Cult.
